" Rasmalai " Bajias Cooking

1 egg sz 600, 4-5 Green cardamom, thickened cream 300ml( Fresh whipping cream) butter ½ ts, full cream powder milk 1 cup, full cream milk 3 cup, sugar 6 spoons, almonds, baking powder ½ ts.
If egg is large fill your cup of powder milk if small egg do not fill it very much.

Hi, I just finished making the Rasmalai, and your recipe as always is Superb,, The Rasmalai have increased so much in size n so soft n just irresistible... I had some problem in the dough got quite sticky dont know whether egg was too big or milk powder was not enough but any way all in all I made some adjustments and WOW beautifully puffed up Rasmalai's... Thanks once again for this amazing dish.... Love your COOKING !!!
