Most people seem to think life is about a belief in God or having no real beliefs, only in themselves. Its about neither, life has only one purpose, and that is to express your love for someone, whether she/he is in this World or the Invisible World. The division between life and death is more notional than real.

That's my second favourite version of the song, but the Bob Weir & Ratdog version ist great too.
