@jsahu5 very simple, open windows movie maker from your windows menu. Add any 1 picture and your mp3 audio file to in imported media section. Then drag and drop picture to video section on bottom part where it says timeline, and add audio file to audio/music track in the same area. Drag and extend the picture to meet the length of audio file. and then select publish movie. Job done. Try it and you will improve on it in a matter of hours.
