  • Where did you get the dress form??

  • @yafashionqueen I bought it a long time ago, I wish I could remember, because I wanted to by a second one and I am unable to find any records.

  • @PandemicApparel I am finding myself having a lot of difficulty with all of the technical stuff...I have not yet attempted this, though I am trying to bring myself to! Did you at first find yourself overwhelmed?? does it get easier the more you do it? That is the only part I struggle with as a designer...and unfortunately a beautiful illustration with no pattern is not good enough. any advice would be great! thanks!

  • @fabfashionisto I found it really easy ... but then again my mom and I would sew halloween costumes together, so I understood how to construct a garment before I learn how to make one. In my next tutorial I'll try to give some tips on this subject ... maybe that will help.

  • Girlfriend, you are the bomb! This is the best technical lesson that is featured on You Tube and possibly the web. This should be viewed by all aspiring fashion designers. Maybe we can get a skirt block later. Thanks for all your hard work. Keep it comin'!!!!

  • @Sobreya Thanks, but that might have been my last technical tutorial. They are just too long for youtube's time limit and to fit them into 2 part I really had to edit them down. :)

  • I really enjoy these videos and they're super helpful. My only critique would be to slow the instructions down a little. You move so quickly I have to back up and replay over and over again to actually comprehend what you're saying. Otherwise a great help. :)

  • love all your videos! keep them coming please b/c they're awesome and very instructional!!!

  • Thank you. I purchased two books on pattern making and your tutorial has made them make sense.

  • @TheDecoraHippie1992 You can always do a google search for the following supplies or go to pandemicapparel [dot] com under this same episode entry at the very bottom.

  • @PandemicApparel It's too bad that your account wasn't under the old time rule. I know of some who can have a lot more time because their accounts were grandfathered.
