Sounded like to me the siren operator had it in between tones.Seems to be a full federal package there.I've found different tones going between selections on older Federals.
I think it's just the odd colour of the clip. The really bright flashes are the clear sealed beams and the other not so bright flashes in the twinsonic are the reds. It also has two forward facing red alternating lights on each end of the twinsonic. The wail on the siren sounds like a federal to me.. But the yelp does not? Maybe someone else has an idea?
@legsbluetrain Actually they had them until about 5 years ago. They are small and cramped in the back but MUCH easier to drive.

I haven't seen a regular van ambulance since mid 90s.The last one I've seen like that was back in '94 or '95 when I was in jr. high.
