The only reason cyber bullying became a big issue is cause of the stupid idiotic 13 year old girls that get on social sites, get called ugly a couple times by some other girls, and hang themselves over it. Nobody is gonna take action on cyber bullying cause it's completely in your control. You simply don't go on the internet or turn off your computer. Problem solved dumbasses :D
