@jro9001 I have my generator set up so it powers the entire house. I had TV, Internet and everything. Others lost all food in their freezers and suffered more.

I learned to drive in Florida and state law says roads with signals out are to be treated as a 4 way stop it was a question on my permit test and written test prior to the driving test.

Virginia law states to treat dead signals as 4 way stops. I just finished drivers ed.

@neek951 absolutely correct. Virginia law does treat non functioning signals as 4 way stops however Virginia drivers (apparently) do not. In reality, it was a free for all.
