The city of Oak Lawn, Illinois has banned any recognition of Christmas in their schools. The ban came after a Muslim woman complained.
I don't know what you think about that, but I am more than a little annoyed by those who want to replace Christmas with a secular holiday.

It's time Christians take a stand and proclaim to our communities that Christmas is not just a winter holiday focused on materialism, but a "holy day" when we celebrate the birth of our Savior.

Here is a Christmas Plan They Can't Ban!

This year you can remind your community of the true meaning of Christmas by taking a vital leadership role in AFA's "Project Merry Christmas."

Here's how. AFA is making available an attractive button and magnet that carry this thought-provoking, Gospel-focused message: "Merry Christmas. God's Good News."

I am asking you to purchase enough buttons for each member of your church and enough magnets for each family to have one. Urge your fellow members to wear their buttons and display the magnets during the entire Christmas season.

@TXatheist Actually, Bible prophecy has been fulfilled recently at an alarming rate. These are prophecies which were not fulfilled for 100s of years, but are being fulfilled in our lifetimes (i.e. Israel becoming a nation again in 1948). You might read Ezekiel 38, 39 to see how the nations are lining up for the war of Gog and Magog. The Ataturk dam was built in 1990 which will allow the fulfillment of Revelation 16:12 (the drying up of the Euphrates river). I could go on and on. Get right.

If the Ataturk dam is shut off, stopping the flow of water, so that this army can cross from the east, then the prophecy will be fulfilled. This was never possible prior to 1990. Pretty simple. The Bible says that Israel would reform as a nation, the Jews would return, and that Israel will not be defeated again. Multiple nations came against tiny Israel in 1948,1967,1973 and she is still standing. Can you name another nation in history that has reformed after approx. 2000 years? You cannot.
