Me as the Disney princess Giselle. This dress was made by mum & I & took about 4 months from start to finish, not including the 3 weeks of research & photo dvd studies over & over!! It consists of a large hoop, I net peticoat, the skirt with sandwiched organza ruffles, & then the main White Duchess Satin dress. It took Two weeks to decorate the main desgin onto the White dress, which I did using white puff paint & gitter. I then spent just over a week hand sewing on individual sequins, flowers trims & string beads, crystals. All kinds of embelishments & anything that sparkles.

  • I wish it were bigger like the movie but my gawd this is absolutely AMAZING!!!! it deserves some type of award! Beautiful and very very well made! What are the sleeves made out of? Wonderful job! Thanx for your wonderful video!

Yes alas I bought the biggest hoop I could find on the internet at didn't know how to make one, but becuase i am so short only 1m 50cm tall, mum had to cut the last ring off the bottom becuase it was dragging across the floor, even so it is pretty heavy at this size. Any bigger and I could not be able to get out of the room, you know Amy had to get dressed in a very very large tent in the middle of new york. I did win cosplay 2011 if you look at my other videos.

    Thanks indeed.

  • Love the DRESS

  • its official, i want that dress

  • Fabulous dress, all the work really paid off. You can definitely fulfill the role in the movie or a Disney parade as you model the dress very well. Thanks for the tutorial on making this dress, this deserves an award or some kind of honorable mention.

Should be the Channel comments section on the Right.

The reason why the both mmedujard's and magicskirts' crinolines have less space and more hoops is to distribute the weight of both the petticoats and the dress.

Hi, you seem to know more than I do, I have tried to go into your profile but can't find where to send a message to save posting reply's through comments. I really would like to make one of those big hoops that the German girls on youtube have witht the 10 rings. What I do notice is that the rings on those arn't so far apart as the hoops that I buy which are like 8-9" apart. Like this titled (Putting on a crinolinedress ) on youtube by someone called mmedujard.
