Well yes they're very helpful I agree. Very indeed, but..they're not allowed to change anything. In fact, they can't even SEE my password for example...only Hotmail does.. and funny thing is, Hotmail doesn't have a contact service. :c

I had an old account, connected to an old Hotmail adress. But for some reason, I couldn't log into that hotmail anymore. and so, I couldn't buy anymore stuff from xbox live, or...idk, recover my gamertag in case something would happen. All because it wouldn't accept the password, since something is wrong with my hotmail.. I contacted xbox, and they said that Need to make a new gamertag. So that means, I'm forced to re-play all the games I've played to return the saves and gamerpoints.

tand transfering old memory data iisn't possible from gamertag, to gamertag.
srsly, there was a day, like with Gamecube, you could just put the memorycard in, highlight your memory file of the specific game, click copy file to other memory card. and there you go. No stupid online hassle..

@HoggerTheHedgehog I think you should try to email Microsoft about this again... Or maybe I will! It was a long time ago when they still have the Xbox 360 spread across regions. I wonder if it's UNIFIED yet? If it is, that means I could get my miltownkid gamertag back... That said, switching to miltownkid360 wasn't a big deal and I like it now. :)

Hmm I see. Well I made a new gamertag like I didn't have another option anyway, slowly re-gaining my saves and gamerpoints. But really, for a warning to us all...In case you spell your hotmail wrong, or having trouble with your hotmail account (And your password doesn't work anymore/forgot it) You're in deep, deep shit. and You need to make a new gamertag and do everything over again. :/ Microsoft/xbox said (Where I phoned/emailed to)that they had no right to change a hotmail.
