I don't hear any "now". I think it's just "Hey [you]. I know, I know." The 'you' isn't in there 'til the 3rd repetition.

wait does he say "NOW I know?" it sounds like he just says "Heeeeey, I know. I know" i've listened several times and can't hear now or how or anything like that. i can hear the echoed "know" though.
