C-141 Engineer Trivia: The only part of the plane NOT owned by the USAF? How did we pressurize the HF antennae up on the T-Tail?

My dad was a c141 flight engineer in South Carolina. He really loves those planes. In fact, in the photograph at 2:22 in this video, my dad has that exact same picture of the plane on his wall. ^_^

C-141 Trivia fact, any C-141 as of 1999, could be grounded that was in service. Most by simply popping either panel under the armpits. Theoretically, one Crew chief could ground the entire fleet. Then be Court Martialed after all the Waiveres were drawn up. Heavy Drops killed the C-141 during Dessert Storm.... what part of the USAF didnt understand they are Strategic airlifters.... not Tactical.... hmmm

When TAC (Tactical Air Command)took over MAC (Military Airlift Command)they treat all heavys as if they were C-130s. I flew as an FE in both TAC and MAC and hated the way TAC operated and was only too glad to get back into MAC. Now that TAC has taken over I am glad to be retired. The new young crewmembers have no idea what they missed by not having flown in MAC.
