around 2:47 i thought I heard the illegal clue sound from password plus in the background. the funny thing is, password plus didn't occur back then. instead there was the original password

The "remakes" (like all remakes) fail because those creating them fail to see what made the originals so good. Many people didn't watch it for the GAME, they watched it for the PEOPLE. And as Brett Somers said years later, there are some personalities and some talents that will never come again.

Comedians have been replaced by performers who have everything fed to them line by line. Actors don't act anymore because of special effects, sound dubbing, and fancy editting. The magic is gone.
