wow, im not a fan at all of starwars, but when i saw this video on my suggested box i had to look. real originals? thats an epic item no matter what movie its from.
this being from starwars just makes it that much cooler (im not a fan but i appreciate how it changed the movie business)

i bet the second helmet thats missing is either in a garbage dump or it was sold or mabye even in an ally where a hohbo shits in it you never no

@mattdawg83686 unfortunately not although IMO they werent made too well so may not have survved. LFL has at least one their archive though...

Awesome video Jez! Those canisters on the back of that helmet confuse me though :) It looks as though they have been switched perhaps as well as having more vinyl / electrical tape added to them because they aren't the same as they were in the movie.

@FarAwayCreations I dont think the cansters themselves were switched as theyre screwed on really tightly (although it is possible). However IMO more likely they just changed their appearance with elctrical tape etc. Plus we know that 2 helmets were made so they probably swaped the helmets around for the 2 different cockpit scenes (filmed in the same mockup cockpit of course)
