    My friend actually told me the opposite and said to NEVER back into the garage because the exhaust needs to face the open garage door for many reasons one of which is that an attached garage can circulate the extra carbon monoxide through the air system making air quality in the house and garage poor. Not sure if its true but I have a vehicle with a back up sensor so I just pull in normally just in case he's right..

    This is such a good tip, not only for kids but pets. I work at an animal hospital and I can't tell you how many times dogs get run over by mistake because they can't be seen!!! It's terrible.
