Then a few months later, in March, it gave $650,000 to a group helping children affected by the quake. That's 3 MAJOR grants in months just for the quake,

Japan is not served by the Gates Foundation because it focuses on developing nations, but that doesn't mean that Gates himself has not donated privately.

@rapidMG What are you talking about? I don't know about your country but in the US, no Windows computer comes with Office. My parents' computer has never had Office and I had to pay $130 for mine. As for it being useless - WRONG. Most businesses use it by default. Even Mac users get Office because it is the standard in the business world. If you don't know Office, it lessens your chances of being hired in many jobs. WordPad is way too weak. If you want something free, get OpenOffice.
