Chet's Trolleys

HO modules and models built by Chet Moore, one of the members of the East Penn Traction Club of the Philadelphia area. Chet is operating the cars on the layout being assisted by Larry Loyko on the left and Richard Vible. The center module has been completed while the other four modules are under construction. The East Penn Traction Club operates modular and portable layouts in HO, O, N and 1/2-inch scales at train shows in the Philadelphia area a few times each year.
