This is exciting! You have taken a quantum step in your video making, whether its due to gravity, history, the speed of light, etc, I like it. It is like eating a thick slice of knowledge with a heavy dollop of mathematics, physics, astronomy, spirituality, and baking!

Yes, the golden spiral can be formed by inscribing it upon the golden rectangle, or it can be approximated by inscribing it upon a tiling of fibonacci numbers.
