All i can say is chikung and neikung ( which are the motors which power all the different kungfu forms) are 100% REAL and POWERFULL, I feel sorry for most of humanity who do not have access to this knowledge, because they will suffer for many years when they are old before they die and lead mediocre lives before that.I pray for all you unfortunate humans.
