All the doubters this is definitely real. Just got back off holiday from Oludeniz and we did paragliding at 6500ft so :)!

I have done this twice, its def 6500 feet, and its amazing! It was cloudy the second time we did it and we started above the clouds and then went through them.

@harryknarry007 Paragliders can climb even higher, I think the record is around 5400 meters...

JusteyFLY1 - about the limits... it may suck, but... the legal limits have their sense. the main reason for them is the fact that the sky is full of other flying objects, some of which are really big and fast - imagine different kind of "it sucks" - like being sucked into the engine of e.g. Boeing 737. sure, you can go over the limit, getting killed and killing about 300 other people in the process... I prefer to obey the limits where reasonable :)

Well it is! 1.9 km above sea level. i didn't think they went that high until I went to Olu Deniz, Turkey.
