Yeah, I did this pretty late/early in the morning. So expect a ton of times where I mess up and say the wrong words.

Anyways, as it's been said before, don't worry about the controls for MH3 (Tri), as using a Classic Controller will be just like playing it on the PS2/PS3. Control wise I mean.

  • Can this game be played using a game cube controller?

  • Nope, but the Classic Controller will work just as well if not better.

  • @Saurn117 type 1 uses buttons although not the buttons u sed and analogue is used to move camera which i find really useful.

  • @exeter890 I I think sword and shield rule. If you're with packs like Jaggi or sortlike monsters, You can pull out quick combos without missing the targets, like when you use the Switch axe. Still, I would not recommend it for boss battles.

  • geting rid of DB was a mistake dam you CAPCOM!!!

  • I wan't to use the sword and shield weapons.... but I have watched multiple videos and they say that it's not really useful to use cause It's just doesn't put out enough damage so weak..... but I dunno.. what do u think..???? oh and another question the shield slam combo.... .. does it stun monsters.. and if so then for how long..

  • how much do the classic controlers cost?

  • Dan..I won't think Sword and shield as a weak weapon from now!

  • do you have to atk with the right stick or can you just use buttons? because in the title it says CC type 2 so is type 1 buttons[x,square,o,triangle}?

  • dude u gotta do commentary in more of these videos it makes it more exciting

  • I have a question, or a guess, or I'm guessing leading into a question. Is there more than one control type for the classic controller in MH3?
