@IDontKnowNorDoYou which causes things to fall close to the center of mass. (all theoretical of course) (yes i am very interested in physics) thank you :) i am open to criticism about my statements. :)
@IDontKnowNorDoYou create a fluidly moving wave across liquid :). the same phenomenon happens with every substance. air simply condenses and solids obviously have trouble with the upward movement so the wave expands outward faster. gravity waves as you speak of do not actually exist. gravity, as we know right now, is caused by the bend in space time around a body of mass which causes time to change inside of the field. (continued)
@IDon'tKnowNorDoYou gravity waves are the waves that appear on on a fluid substance when there is pressure and gravity acting in the same location. when kinetic energy is passing through the location of water, the pressure of fluid that wants to exist in that location increases (is what happenese when soundwaves travel though air for example) because this is impossible on a twodemisional surface the fluid rises up and outward (the outward expansion causes the wave movement) in order to (continue

Nice cold front, asshole.

that is NOT a gravity wave. gravity waves move at the speed of light and can't be seen by the naked eye.

I'm watching on my iPhone and I turned it upside down, extra cool. Looks just like the ocean.
