6up? Yeah the USFS Law Enforcement is a good gig... I've rode with several of them before, its fun.

You need a 4 yr degree though to even be considered for the position.

I dont understand why so many would want to be LEOs however I guess thats an individuals choice I feel that there presents should be much more relaxed at the Rainbow Gatherings The LEO's know that the Rainbow Family is not a danger so they should keep there guns out of there as well as there pepper balls Us hippies in the woods are nonviolent and only want peace Although these are the truths the LEOs seem to be somewhat terrified of us Why?

Thanks for the clarification. Like MilesStipek said, its the discretion of the officer(s). From the looks of the video, it looked like the rainbow gatherers were surrounding the USFS LEOs, hence why they were saying "step back!" Maybe if the rainbow gatherers acted as if the LEOs weren't there, and at LEAST complied to the "Step back" orders... everything would of gone smoothly. They are also looking for illegal drug activity, which I understand their presence to enforce those laws. Don't you?

I video taped the LEO's when possible so as they may know that they must properly do there duties as public servants. I have seen in the past the LEO's take there authority to extreme levels and have caused ciaos within the Gatherings. We come in peace Please back off us some. I did this as a peace keeper "shanti sena"

Look at the yellow tape he's tying back together. It has at least 4 or 5 more breaks in it where it was pieced back together from prior breaks. Maybe they should get new tape and do it right . . .
