Both Article IV, because neighborhoods across America and endangered due to the flood of homeless, derelicts and other riffraff who don't take the same 'ownership' care. Also Forth Amendment because it is not reasonable search and seizure of the home when the lender would do better financially to do a sustainable workout and keep the homeowner in the home.
