On June 3rd 2008, GARY LUCAS performed a half hour set at the annual French Jeff Buckley Tribute held every year in Paris in honor of his former Gods and Monsters singer and collaborator. Here he plays "Mojo Pin" from Jeff's "Grace" album, a song co-written by Gary Lucas, who also performed on the original track (in fact Jeff's "Grace" album opens with Gary's guitar drone). Joining him is Israeli rock star and former Pop Idol winner NINET TAYEB, one of Jeff's biggest fans, who flew in from Israel specially to appear at this tribute, and former Buckley bassist MICK GRONDAHL, who flew in from his home in Sweden to pay homage to Jeff, and drummer Ming Rothaus. The tribute is an annual labor of love organized by Danielle Schuppert, and was specially filmed on this occasion by French filmmaker Jerome de Missolz.

The woman who is singing looks incredibly smug at the beginning. This is surprising considering she is quite shit and she is singing someone elses song (badly). She needs to get a new job, perhaps hairdressing.
