  • Not great.

    1. You let the tap touch the glass

    2. You're holding the glass too far up, the customer doesn't really want to drink from where your grubby hand has been (Your half, customer's half!)

    3. Not a great overall pour anyway.

    Good day :-)

  • that's wrong!

    1. don't let your glass touch the tap

    2. don't let your beer touch the tap

    3. you need more head, about 2-3 cm

  • @youriding16 if ur so fucking good at it why did u watch a video titled "HOW TO POUR A DRAFT BEER?

  • i love how everyone on youtube who comments is a fucking proffessional but if u are then why did u watch HOW TO POUR A DRAFT BEER

  • Like other posters I've worked in bars too and if this is the guy's real 'technique'. he wouldn't last a minute in a bar in Ireland/Britain. This is atrocious. No head, no hygiene, no hoper.

  • @Robino1991 LOL

  • @youriding16

    4. The first drips of the beer should be spilled, never pour them in the glass.

    5. Same thing for the last drips.

    6. Dip the glass in cold water so it has the same temperature as the cold beer.

    7. As you fill it with beer, put the glass down a bit till it's filled.

  • Poor America, you always have to drink beers like that in a bar ?

  • that's a negative (-ve) demonstration on perfect pour for lager/pilsner beer.

well, i would not be so quick to criticise his standard as the 'chow' is not lager nor pilsner ",
