Preparations: The Coming Dawn
By, Me.
Performed By, Me.
This is an expanded Full Soundscape version of my Impromptu No. 1 - Preparations: The Coming Dawn for solo piano. Link to the solo piano version at the bottom of this post.
The soundscape attempts to portray that moment before dawn on the coast when it's light out but the sun has yet to peek over the horizon. That moment in morning where almost all is silent, save for the sounds of nature, the bells of nearby temples, and perhaps the fishermen returning to shore to sell their catch at the morning markets. The world's preparations for the coming dawn.
This was created for an audio production course I just finished through Berklee. I originally intended for this to be about 10 minutes in length, but had to cut it short to fit within the limits of the assignment.
Credits for the waves, swoosh, and gulls go to Luftrum, FreqMan, and Acclivity of freesound.org, respectively.

@DanyuUshiha Thank you! The project was a lot of fun, and I'm glad it came out the way it did. I would have preferred to make it longer, but I was working under certain rules.
I'm glad it portrayed that image to you though, as that was the point :D

Oh my, this is so stunning you know?
I feel like having my holidays when we are at the sea and I'm not able to sleep because it's getting brighter outside and I just lay and listen to the ocean, waiting for the others to wake up so we can go out there =D
I love this so much~ Amazingly played also :3

@otacon7522 Thanks! This version is slightly different than the one I sent you, but it's almost unnoticeable.
Glad you like it though! I had fun working on it :D
