These hot springs near Saturnia, Italy are free to the public and attract a host of locals. There is a high-end, fee-based "terme" just down the road but we prefer "free." Besides...the crowd is as much an attraction as the warm, sulpheric waters of the river. The temperatures, we were guessing, would have been around 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit—not too hot. We're thinking it would be a blast to come out after a rare snowfall...
