Here is video I shot in Escalon, California on Martch 1, 2008 before the quiet zone went into effect.

  • Horn on that powermove is bad ass. Sounds like a fouled RS3K.  Classic paint too.

  • @CoastStarlight11 Unfortunately. Atleast the trains still haul ass through there.

  • @sjrailfan Tragic that this is now a quiet zone.

  • @CoastStarlight11 The current speeds are 79 for passenger and 70 for freight. Unfortunately this is now a quiet zone so no more horns except for the automated one.

  • Dang those trains just fly through this spot!!!! I so need to railfan this area
