@UnderManlac Actually electricity and gravity do have a co-relation. Here's why. Gravity is nothing more than a massive object bending the adjacent space-time towards itself. It is not a force. Einstein's equation E=mc^2 explicitly states that energy and mass are in fact equal or that they are interchangeble with the speed of light being a simply constant. Therefore, one could simply realize that the energy potential in the form of electric potential could in fact create a gravitational force

@TheWebcamcomedy It took nature millions of years to form complex life-forms. The human body did not create itself, but was the culmination of millions of years of evolution. Lots of experimentation by nature to make all the life we see on the planet, not just humans. Nobody ever said it would be impossible to lfy. Birds and insects fly, that's proof that flying is possible. This device is NOT anti-gravity. Gravity is not related to electro-magnetism. Study gravity.

@Beamshipcaptain Funny you don't tell us what he is a professor of.
John Searle, Slusser Professor of Philosophy
So his professorship has NOTHING to do with physics, and is NO authority on the subject other than another basement inventor.

@alexandermagnus69 More conspiracy theory, like we need more of that.

@darkferiousity It IS ion wind. The challenge here is to PROVE electrogravitics (anti-gravity). Thus far, nobody has been able to do so. Just saying it's anti-gravity or electrogravitics doesn't prove anything. There are a number of experiments proving it's ion thrust. Even T.T. Brown said it was ion thrust.

@coloradophysics Your physics is flawed. This is only an example of ion thrust. Gravity and electricity do not have any type of co-relation. Try doing some research in that area, and research the credentials of those who report that they are experts in the field. A Dr. could be a psychologist doing the investigating or experiment, not a physicist or something pertaining to the relevant field of research.

Back in the 1920s, a young man named Thomas Townsend Brown discovered that if he charged a capacitor with high voltage direct current, the capacitor would exhibit thrust in the direction of the + positive electrode

This is nothing more than an Asymmetric Capacitor Thruster. There is NO such thing as electrogravity. They have no co-relation with each other. Electricity and magnetism are related, gravity is not. The only people who believe it are those who still believe in UFO's (the alien planet kind). Not ONE person can prove/demonstrate anti-gravity (or electrogravity) with these devices. They need to learn a little physics.
@Beamshipcaptain
He was not as you assert vindicated, but spent time in jail following... what I can only describe as a bizarre conviction.
What is evident in all of this is a pattern of soliciting money, misleading people with an electric meter bypassed to give the appearance that his home was not drawing power from the grid, and failure to deliver or demonstrate any evidence that his machine actually worked, because it can not work as described.
It does absolutely nothing.

@Beamshipcaptain
Give it a rest.
en(dot)wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Searl_Effect_Generator
conviction for fraud?
documentation of a pattern of forgery?
Searl has never held and academic position (not a prof)
Even testimony that photographic evidences were in fact PHOTOSHOPed by the person who did the work.
He claims his documentation was destroyed in a house fire, and there is no record of the fire.
