@tyebo87 You can still work in stuff like Kata Guruma into your Judo by way of combinations. But yes, it is a stupid rule.

I guess we all have to do pick ups from the hips as a counter, kinda like at 0:53. Sucks. Also we can pick the leg after doing techniques like o ouchi gari.
