YES.. these are "real" companies.. they have been HIRED BY THE US GOVERNMENT and major corporations like PG&E !! also, they have been sponsored by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison from Texas.
they have a name for it.. and its not "haarp"...
its called "weather mitigation" aka HAARP and Chemtrails.

we have been modifying weather since the forties. In the seventies we signed a treaty with several countries not to use the weather as a weapon.

Dutch! Great video! Did you happen to look at the meeting section of the NAWMC website? They have a meeting in North Dakota on Oct. 5, 2011. People against this sort of thing should make a road trip and show up and ask some hard questions to these researchers.

WOW I don't think they are creating tornado's but you can't mess with mother nature/god or this is what is going to be the outcome..disaster after disaster. I totally believe the govt and others hired by the govt are messing with our weather. Here is the proof!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I too do not understand most of what you are saying Dutch, except for this video, I completley GET IT!!

I am just amazed of all the videos that you have posted in reference to the HAARP rings and the weather manipulation. Dutch, I advise you to get hold of the emails of all the reporters from various new channels and send them the various evidence of how HAARP is behind the severe weather that we are getting within the United States.

I'd call that a smoking gun...all though I've already known about this for a while. I have a family member that is a US General......He's talked about some interesting/disturbing stuff!!!
