The song "It's Your Birthday" was originally written and recorded in English because we thought it was time for a new and happier celebration of a day that is celebrated by everyone in the world. Sung by artist Nina Storey, it was then translated by (Esperanza Nejenke) into Spanish, then recorded, mixed and mastered at Bijou Recording Studio in Ixtapa, Mexico. The Zihua Girls made up of 14 and 15 years old school girls in Ixtapa and Zihatanejo, Mexico recorded it with lead singer Karen Copo and combined their vocals with Nina to make a Spanish version of "It's Your Birthday" - "Es El Dia De Tu Cumpleaños"! Kind of an upbeat "We are the World" vibe.
