PAD Screening Exam - ABI Test

A simple screening test to evaluate poor circulation in your legs. PAD screening is done by a simple test called an Ankle/Brachial Index (ABI). The painless test involves taking blood pressure measurement in both upper arms and both ankles while you are at rest. Once the measurements are taken, the results are calcuated using an index. The results will allow the technologist to determine wheter or not significant arterial disease is present.
