THARCE stands for Trauma Healing And Reflection CEnter, in a district/town called GULU, Northern Uganda. About 2 years ago, my mother "Momma Judy" started up this NGO (non-government organization) with/for the survivors & victims of Uganda's "forgotten war" which involved tens of thousands of abducted child soldiers. THARCE uses a myriad of effective non-medical integrative therapies.
