IF YOU'RE SO HEAVILY REGULATED HOW CAN YOU GUYS HAVE CLOSE TO 3,000 EPA AND DEP VIOLATIONS IN ONE YEAR AND STILL BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE... THATS RIGHT IN PENNSYLVANIA LAST YEAR CHESAPEAKE HAD NEARLY 3,000 VIOLATIONS!!!
