It Says In The Tank "10 AUG 2004" But This Replaced The Worst Weakest Old 5.0 GPF Kohler High Crest that should ave been On a Flush Valve

I Think The Atlas Model From Crane, Or Universal Rundle Has A Much Better Flush. This One, Has A Partly Blocked Rim.

If that toilet is from 2004, then it would only be about maybe 3 years old....it looks new.....The tank could use a little cleaning.....and the fluidmaster fill valve could be replaced with a newer one....
