A daughter attempts to restore a bond she once had with her emotionally detached alcoholic father by asking him to a school dance. His incessant drinking, from his wife leaving him, is shutting out the last person in his life that genuinely loves him.

  • PARENTS DON'T USUALLY REALIZE WHEN THEIR KIDS FEEL THEY ARE "HATED". IT SEEMS THIS DAD GOT A WAKE UP JUST IN TIME TO PAY ATTENTION & HOPFULLY LISTEN TO HIS DAUGHTER. GOOD ACTING & REALISTIC. CJ

  • Okay, I cried- Im sensitive. Especially to that. It was really good. Really good. My niece is a super star. And Scott, I'm impressed.

  • Great job Scott. Good storyline, I got it from begining to end. I was surprised to see you making movies but not surprised to see you in one. Marshall told me about it. Was this for a contest of some sort? More details in the description would be nice.

  • Congratulations! Touching storyline and good acting guys. We all need to enjoy what we have while we have it.

  • Scott, well done! I got the story from beginning to end...no holes for me. I like happy endings. Ashley didn't want it to end, she wanted to see what happened next. You should move to cali and start a new career. Your gorgeous...I can say that right...lol

    Take Care,

    Katrina

  • Very well done by all those involved. The girls did a great job and the acting by all was great. I have to agree that scott did have that steven segal look. Scott...you're the man...you're bed head looked great.

  • In a very short time this clip has managed to make me ball my eyes out. I got "who" the dad that died was...it was the "totally sick Grandpa".

Really good, I was very impressed.

  • I as well could not follow the part about "dad died." That was the only part that I had found to be confusing. I think that this was an awesome story plot that was extremely well written. Kudos..

  • You told a very touching and moving story and in just 3 minutes...that is hard to do. Well written, good dialgoue...loved the bottle throwing scene and the resetting of the picture.

Did not follow the the "dad died" dialogue...was it "grandpa" that died? Missed that...did not follow who was being spoken of? Clear footage, good camera action. Sarah and her friend were realistic and you were very very good in your part...almost like a Steven Segal or Jean Claude Van Damme look.
