  • Just started Hapkido, and I love it. Been doing Tae Kwon Do for 91/2 years. Got my third degree, and at 4th degree, I would become a master. Working on that. But also doing Hapkido which in my opinion is better.

  • @vwilsonuk Ok that's the same as in our Do Jang! XieXie Ni! Zai jien! Bao Jing.

  • @sjokolade777 Generally with Qigong you breath in when moving upwards and out when moving downwards (notice their stance goes higher and lower). I'm not 100% it's the same in Hapkido but am pretty confident. Hope that helps.
