So chanced are this isnt possible with a little bit smaller vise? Will I just end up bending the tightening arm on the vise?

Good video, I'm gonna use your idea. Except in an arbor press. My hydraulic press will not work because the other end of my control arm gets in the way. Thanks for the info

Probably would be very hard on the vice. I have since picked up a 12 ton press from Harbor Freight to save wear and tear on my vice. BTY the vice was an estate auction purchase for $20.

I'd rather use a press but have not got one yet so the vice is the next best thing. Be sure you have a large vice though if you don't have a press.
