Push Up with the Bosu is a variation of the original Pilates exercise "Push Up." Because the BoSU (which stands for "Both Sides Up") adds instablility, the shoulder girdle, the core and the abdominal muscles are greatly challenged!   • First time I've seen a BoSU, I have to try it some time. Do I need a partener fot this set?
