  • I'm not Australian, I've never been to Australia and I'm aware of the fact, that I may not understand the phenomena of Slim as much as Australians do, but I've loved his music since I came across it. I promise I'll visit Australia as soon as I find money to pay for a ticket from Poland ^^

  • Beautiful an iconic song sung by a TRUE Aussie.

  • R.I.P Slim Dusty.

  • I learned more about Australia by listening to Slim than I ever leaned at school.... Thank you Slim..RIP

  • The announcer said it all....."here is the man who is Australia"....Rest In Peace Slim...

  • @shawndagr8one that is the biggest load of bullshit ive heard toiday. mates from canada and and new zealand here and ive visited over there, New Zealnad seems like a smaller Aus with its own culture canada is fucking cold, But in fremantle most people got along with my mates fine.

  • I'd love to see a photo of a billabong with a coolabah tree near it.

  • @semtex84 I hope so, I don't wanna get killed as soon as I get off the plane xD

  • @Wajlonis dont listen to him, he's talking shit.

  • Ha :D Beer language is the universal language and I'm a Pole, which means I'm practically boozeproof, thus I can find a common language with anyone :P

  • Be very careful you don't get taken in by the Australian sense of humor. It's very strange and well known to cause more trouble than most aborigines.

Of course if you come across an aborigine with a sense of humor --- run for your life...

  • That's strange. It's all in the sphere of my imagination right now, but I'd love to visit Australia one day and stay for a few weeks. But I'll stay away from aborigins xD
