@MickeyMouseApollo It's not about how much your telescope can magnify. In order to see the lunar lander, you have to have a 70 meter diameter telescope. Since there is no such thing, we are yet unable to see the lunar lander from the Earth. However, recently a Japanese lunar satellite took the pictures of the lander and disproved the hoax. Who got owned now?

Btw, I do acknowledge our discussion has ended now, so this is not my attempt to try to pull you back in ... but if you really are interested in engineering and related subjects, then I hope you do watch that moon machines episode, as well as the others in the series (the lunar rover, the Saturn V rocket etc). It really is a superb series, lots of info you wouldn't have seen anywhere else, and imo should be interesting to Apollo sceptics too.

@technycian - None of the videos or photos look faked, and there isn't a scientist anywhere who thinks they're faked, since they understand the science behind it all. I don't need to see it with my own eyes, just as I don't need to see the top of Mount Everest, or the South/North poles, or the Mariana Trench with my own eyes to know man has been there, I trust the experts, Also, I gave you a link to the Moon Machines episode about Space Suits (you may not have read my second reply to you yet).

@MTMind2 I never said I thought they were faked. Every video looks "faked' just by looking at them. Anyone can see that. If you are sure there are videos and photos on the internet, then where are your links to them? EVIDENCE is all the general public ever wants. Have you seen a space walk with your own eyes up close and personal or do you ASSUME it happened. Your only defense here is to accuse me of being ignorant. I think non proof is evidence of an ignoramus.

It's from an excellent series 'Moon Machines'. This episode (split into 5 parts) is about the Apollo spacesuit. It may not have all the answers you're looking for, but it does contain some great info, some of which you've probably never seen before;

@technycian - By definition you said they're fake. We have video and photos of spacewalks from all I listed, hence if they didn't happen, then they must be fake! I also asked you to say when it suddenly became possible to do a spacewalk and you can't answer it. Hence your ignorance of spacesuit technology and development (despite that info being available on the internet) is your problem. You cry 'fake' because of your own ignorance and assumption that everyone involved are lying :)

@MTMind2 I never said anything was faked. i said they are fake looking. I think the ball will always be in the court of those who cannot produce solid evidence to prove it. After all, if someone said something was true, then a court of law would have to prove it by producing evidence. Just evidence, which I have not seen, nor have millions of other people. We could carry on forever and it seems stupid to keep disagreeing when there is no evidence to support landing on the moon.
