http://hot-ride.com Super easy way to change the drive belt on your scooter. This method will work on 50cc-150cc GY6 engines. On a bigger or a different type of engine there is no guarantee.

  • hey you cant do it like that if the belt broke you idiot so next time think before you make a stuiped video..

  • @SuperBobhoward You are right, it's even easier because you don't have to remove the old belt. You sound like you are easily confused, so please watch only the second part of the video.

  • Try doing that dumb shit with a 2000RPM tourqe spring.

  • @MultiShit666 Well... this method isn't for sissies. If you have trouble compressing the spring, ask your mama to do it for you.

  • @HotRideCom hi mate.thanks for the clip, very tutorial,do you know what are the options in order to increase the pulling away speed??

  • @MegaAvenger2010 Hi. This is probably the #1 questions asked by 50cc-150cc scooter owners. It's different from scooter to scooter (2st,4st e.g..) and I can't answer it in a couple of sentences. One thing (often overlooked) is for sure, under-inflated tires will slow you down no mater what scooter you own.

  • Why did u change to this crappy song?

  • Surely that belt is to big i thought you had to remove variator pulley at there is not usualy enough slack to loift over pulleys like in this video

  • How you get the cover off after you take out the bolts . Mine wont come off its sticking to the gasket.

  • @HotRideCom uh are you heman? because i did this on mine i took it off and had to put my knee on it and turn it then i wedged the belt between the clutch. then put it on. now im not a stalone but ive got some muscel behind me.
