And the whole world knows that the FDLR (hutu) and CNDP (tutsi) are taking turns in raping the Congolese. Kagame, however, rejected the opportunity to diplomatically end the conflict, insisting that both factions keep living of the Congo's blood: it is conveniant to him, that people stuck in a perpetual deadlock are too desperate to negotiate prices.

really surprising how these people who were habyarimanaa allies are talking like this yet they also saw their president kill rwandan people and didnt do anything...please dont fool anyone if kagame is a killer u guys and ur grandparents who were killing tutsis since 1959 are soooo much worse dont paint yourselves angels..
