The allies killed hundreds of thousands of civilians by terror bombings but no body says anything about it.. Plus the Soviets have killed far more of their own people than the nazis ever did... the holocaust is not the only one to have happened but it's the only one that has good publicity.. about 8 million Ukrainians were killed by the Soviet Union alone in the 30s.. plus the tens of millions more killed between 1917 and 1989.. do we hear people getting pissed at commie fans? No..

They weren't evil, bloodthirsty Nazis. They were soldiers, patriots, men of courage, and true men of grit. Imagine what they went through. Crippled and going down, the British simply left many of the survivors floating to face their fate. Gentlemen, indeed.

@Rayle75 It's the view points of young kids man, what did you expect? Anyone that thinks war is caused by people doing right and wrong has no understanding of war itself. Morality and perspectives are the first thing lost in war (not including modern "conflicts"). War happens, always will and that's just the natural way. Don't let kids bother you with their ideals. Everyone loses it with age and wisdom.

Cameron's ability to turn a great story into a piece of shit for mass audiences is even more scary than the Bismarck in her prime.

All this arguing about who was right and who was wrong, who committed what atrocities in the name of what government or ideology, it just seems so weak and pointless. the end result is the same, war is hell, that's all there is to it. War is used as a tool by humans with power who want more power and are willing to kill others, both the 'enemy, and their own people, to get it. there is no right or wrong in war, because it is all inherently wrong.

@Gotlanning You Talk through your Arse, on day 1 of WW2 thats sept1939, the Luftwaffe for some reason bombed a farm in Scotland killing the Farmer, on day 2 the Luftwaffe attacked the city of Edinburgh with cannon fire killing civilians after having dumped its bombs,into the Firth of Forth when it realised it had 2 fighters on its tail a Spit and a Hurricane it was shot down on the Pentland Hills south of the City

The Spit was from East Fortune a training base the Hurricane from Turnhouse

one may argue that you reap what you sow, It is beyond me to to understand how Germans could possibly complain about Dresden, civilian deaths that were caused by allied bombing or Soviet vengeance. they are a bunch of hypocrits. No one ever dared to crtiticise Hitler while the tide of war was in their favour (until early 1942), far too convenient to moan after that.
