ok what i dont get is i go to my windows update and i do not get all the different languages i only have important upadtes no optional ones am i doing something worng? please help ive been trying to sort this out for the last 3 days now T^T

I think mui only change menu and dialog not system.. So I`m sorry I can`t..
Perhaps there is another way but I do not know..

Windows Ultimate or Enterprice Just Update select Update language Pack then select the language U want..
