@joe23ba The Diesels are a lot of fun. No electronics, if you have fuel it will run. Both JD and Polaris run Yanmar diesels, JD's is 855 cc, Polaris' is 904 cc. I liked the leg room in the Polaris a little better, another plus was a lot of aftermarket support for the Polaris since its pretty much identical to the gas Ranger. PPE even makes a turbo kit for the Ranger Diesel.

@joe23ba I'm not sure what you mean? The difference is pretty big, I saw today off road diesel was 3.40, regular gas was 3.59 and diesel was 3.85. You can burn off road diesel in the 855D and the diesel will get better mileage than the gas engine so your cost to operate per hour is going to be less with the diesel. I've got a Polaris Ranger Diesel and all I burn is off road diesel. A tank of fuel costs me less and takes me further than a tankful of gas in a gas powered Ranger.

@cummins881996 Around here on road diesel is about 20 cents more than regular gas, but off road diesel was about 25 cents cheaper than regular gas when I bought some last week.

i have the 825i. i was gona get the 855d but diesels way to expensive here, u should put more videos of it
