People can complain all they want, but if you preach health, then it's only fair you look healthy. Good video.

@Shiplodicus Six packs are not a sign of health sorry to burst your bubble. And if you are right and are so healthy, please run or bike some races and put up your results, show your bloodtests, don't calorie restrict, and give us a picture of you now and then in five years. If you do all that and succeed in proving to run fast race times, have good bloodtests, can eat as much as you want, and don't regain your gut in the next few years, well then we'll talk. Judge by results, not theory.

AHAHAH cunt!

Arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics...even if you win, you're still retarded.

You're playing your own game of semantics and deluding yourself by equating it with intelligence. You make blanket statements on one hand and then cloak yourself in specificity on the other hoping to ward off the more gullible. Get a clue. Sugars are in fruit. Basic biochemistry. I didn't expect you to explain anything, as you say, except perhaps your previous remarks which you continuer to avoid. Your inference is simply incorrect. This is boring. You are sad. Let's go on video, and see.
-
@sonnet2ix that is so sad to use pedantry as if it were valid. You really expect me to say I do or do not eat specific mono or polysaccharides etc. Grow up and stop trying to back up your little friend there, it is pathetic.

@Shiplodicus It's sad when people mention science and disregard contradictions. You commented on the video in its entirety so you should know why I mentioned coke. You are truly clueless to say you do not eat sugar and then say you eat lots of fruit. This is not an intelligent discussion. All those who comment should be require to do so on video.
it's a shame that you don't actually know anything about nutrition. If you want to sound credible you can start with saying 'you' instead of 'yous'... 'yous' is not actually a word. It would also help to not generalise about Joe's diet, the page you pick at is clearly headed as preparing for racing. As someone who actually holds a degree in nutrition I can tell you that an anti-oxidant supplement is different to fruit and the carbs fruit contains... I gave up after you failed to this point.

@neimaD11 I'm the same. I tried 80/10/10 as an experiment and my skin started to dry and strength went down. Paleo is awesome. I still have carbs though, including some fruit, but the animal fats (raw egg, salmon, butter etc.) have worked great!
