Part 2 to the first story on men forced to pay for children that are not theirs . In this part Kansas State Senator Tim Owens (R) who is also the judiciary chair for the state says that he's "not sure the law is all that bad, it has a glitch that some people don't like."
Yea.. well we at nounethicaladoptions are sure its all that bad. That "glitch" is causing men to pay thousands and thousands of dollars for something they had nothing to do with and in the process trashing the constitutional rights of all Americans by setting case law precedent that says any individual can be held responsible for anything at anytime regardless of whether or not they had anything to do with it--which means for all practical purposes the constitution and bill of rights are null and void.
Kansas State Senator Tim Owens (R) also goes on to flippantly say "right now..I don't think were going to be looking at changing the law."
Here's the deal, this state senator upon election took an oath to uphold the US constitution and the Kansas State constitution which by law cannot differ in principal from its US counterpart. It is unbelievable the this SOB would get on camera and acknowledge that people are gravely having their constitutional rights violated and refuse to do anything to help them. But it will be more unbelievable still if this idiot get reelected.
As Americans we have to realize that our representatives get paid very well with our high taxes to do one thing-- and that is represent our best interest and protect our constitutional rights. And as American we have a duty not only to ourselves but to our children to make sure that any SOB that gets elected and flippantly says screw your constitutional rights sure as hell never get elected again-- be they Republican, Democrat, or otherwise.
Oh and those bad choices women make, government and the state is to blame for this for creating incentitives for women to make these bad choices.

Well of course they don't want it to change, because that would mean it would be the state paying for the bad choices women make.
They would very much rather have a man pay, they don't give a damn who, just as long as a man; any man pays.

My socal daugther dropped out of school, and is working off the books, I've been paying this socal Childsupport payments for a good 18 1/2 years "my socal daugther is 19 y'o and a parent and works off the books", ----why off the books---"Why not pay taxes", Is just to proof to the courts, BY HER MOTHER. that my socal daugther is still living with her, just to collect childsupport. And the Jugde knows this.
Those are the part that hurts me.
Dropping out of school and not paying taxes.

The people who made this law and/or refuse to change it are criminals and should be put on trial. It's just unbelievable evil and corruption that the politicians force innocent people to pay for someone elses child.

Nebraska is just as bad. This guys kid was adopted and the state keeps taking his money, giving that child 3 parents financially.
